Fundraising at The Hollies
Our Fundraising Committee needs you….
As fundraising is an integral part of the running of the Hollies, not only as our events are fun for both parents and children alike, they are important to help boost funds so we can give all the Hollies children the little extras.
We are always looking for willing new and old parents/grandparents to help with the organising and running of various events. The committee meets on an informal basis, usually on a weeknight in a Poynton pub, to discuss ideas and plan for events.
Events that we have had in the past include, a ball at the Shrigley Hall Hotel, regular quiz and hot pot supper nights at Davenport golf club, summer fun days with the Big Red Bus, a stall at Higher Poynton Summerfest and one at Lower Park Christmas Fair.
